1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Social Inbox ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Social Inbox is a unified messaging platform that allows users to:

  • Connect authorized business accounts from Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, and WhatsApp Business
  • View and manage conversations within a single dashboard
  • Send and receive messages manually through connected platforms
  • Access conversation management and workflow tools

Social Inbox provides an interface layer for managing communications and does not own or operate the underlying social media platforms.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must have authority to connect the business accounts you authorize
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform policies

4. Account Registration

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for activities under your account
  • Notify us of unauthorized access

5. Platform Terms

Social Inbox integrates with Meta platforms using official APIs and OAuth authorization systems.

By connecting accounts, you agree to comply with:

  • Meta Terms of Service
  • Meta Platform Terms
  • Instagram Terms of Use
  • WhatsApp Business Terms

Users may revoke Social Inbox access at any time via:
Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations → Remove App

Once access is revoked, synchronization of new data immediately stops.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Social Inbox to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Send bulk automated messages
  • Harass, abuse, or impersonate others
  • Violate laws or platform policies
  • Access accounts without authorization
  • Circumvent security mechanisms

Social Inbox does not provide tools for automated bulk messaging, comment automation, scraping, or growth manipulation in violation of platform policies.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Prices may change with notice
  • Cancellation stops future billing
  • Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation

8. Intellectual Property

All platform features, software, and branding are owned by Social Inbox and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you transmit through the Service. You grant Social Inbox a limited license to process content solely to provide the Service.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of Social Inbox is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, third-party API availability, or delivery timing of messages.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Inbox shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or third-party platform policies.

You may terminate your account at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
